Maguire & Co. have successfully completed a Land Promotion Agreement, on behalf of private landowners, with Lone Star Land Ltd for 12 acres of land on Little Aston Lane, Sutton Coldfield.
The land is situated on the edge of the Little Aston Estate, adjacent to Little Aston primary school and Aston Wood Golf Club in a highly accessible location.
Lone Star Land have a strong track record in successfully obtaining planning permission for strategically located sites, in affluent areas such as Little Aston, and we look forward to working with them moving forward.
