751 Warwick Road, Solihull, was purpose built in 1978 as a headquarters office building for an international religious organisation. After the owners relocated to Frankfurt, the property was acquired by clients in 2018 for redevelopment. 

Planning for a new 82-bedroom hotel in Solihull town centre was approved in Q1 2026. With RIBA Stage 4 design completed and enabling works already underway, the development is progressing towards completion in Q1 2027.

The scheme will include a sports bar, café and around 40 parking spaces, adding a vibrant new hospitality destination to the heart of Solihull.
